Our Journey Since 2015

H.G.M. Tinga'anga'a Senior School, located in Kiambu County, Kenya, is a public day school that has evolved into a modern educational institution through significant infrastructure development, particularly under the Kiambu NG-CDF (National Government Constituencies Development Fund). The school has experienced recent growth, including the construction of a new administration block, a modern gate, and a perimeter wall, supported by local leadership.

The school was registered on 8th December 2014 and admitted its first students in February 2nd, 2015. A total of 163 students were admitted in Form One.

Mr. Kimani S. Ng'ang'a was posted by TSC to start the school. An interim committee made up of Fr. Rev. Michael Ndichu (Sponsor), Mr. Chege (Primary H/T), Mrs. Magdalene Kariuki, Mrs. Waithera Kariuki, and Ambrose Mbugua held the first meeting to initiate the project.

Early Development

Through CDF funding, an old dilapidated one-storied block comprising of eight classrooms was rehabilitated
Started with 163 Form One students in 2015, now a thriving learning community.
Sponsored by the Archdiocese of Nairobi (Catholic)
The school sits on 2.12 acres of land
Two pit latrines of 4 cubicles each were constructed
